CBS Greenlights The Odd Couple with Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry is set to bring a modern mess to Neil Simon’s classic The Odd Couple.  CBS gave the green light to the pilot (Perry co-wrote and will be an exec producer) for two mismatched roommates — messy Oscar Madison (Perry) and neat freak Felix Unger.  We are excited to see a classic getting the reboot.  Must admit though, after all the years as suited-up ‘transponder’ Chandler Bing, husband to neat-freak Monica Gellar, on Friends we kind of see Perry as a Felix.
