Terry Crews to Host TCA Awards

Actor-comedian, director and author Terry Crews has been tapped to host this year’s Television Critics Association Awards, TCA president Scott Pierce announced.

The Brooklyn Nine-Nine costar, new host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and often cast member of Adam Sandler’s movies will emcee the 30th annual invite-only, untelevised gala that happens in the middle of the summer TCA panels and festivities.

Janeane Garafolo Comedy in Production

One of our favorite underrated actresses, Janeane Garafolo, is set to star in new indie comedy 3rd Street Blackout with Phyllis Somerville and Ed Weeks.  Co-directors Negin Farsad and Jeremy Redleaf have begun production of the the film which follows a technology-obsessed couple forced to re-examine their relationship when they become suddenly unplugged in New York City during Hurricane Sandy.
